As the Founder and President of Zion Zoning, Trisha Ray is proud to offer comprehensive, fully supported Zoning Reports tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. With over 18 years of experience in the field, Trisha has been instrumental in pioneering the evolution of zoning reports from basic summaries to detailed, compliance-focused documents.
Trisha's journey began with the establishment of the Zoning Division at the Orin Group, where she served as the Director of Zoning Services. Recognizing the need for specialized zoning expertise, she co-founded Draco International and continued to lead the Zoning Report process as the Managing Director of Zoning. Through partnerships with emerging companies and national corporations alike, Trisha honed her skills, embracing technology for expedited responses while maintaining uncompromising accuracy.
